Cross Country Schedule 2020

Cross Country is a sport that is all about discipline.

The discipline to push on when you do not believe you can push any harder. Cross country is a mental challenge as well as a physical challenge. It is a 5k race like no other.

This year we have 6 athletes on the team. Our practice will begin the first week of school. We will practice 4 days a week after school.
