Bio

Teaching is a calling placed on my life. I am passionate about teaching students and aiding them in becoming productive citizens who will positively contribute to society while in my classroom and upon graduation from high school. Parents and teachers must work together to foster growth in each student and ensure the student works to his or her potential. I am excited to invest in my  students' lives and look forward to lively discussions in class. I am blessed to have been at Straughn Middle School for 15 years and am beginning my 3rd year teaching full-time at Straughn High School. My faith, my family, and my students make me Mrs. B! I am blessed to have become a BeBe to the two most precious grandbabies!  Any tale told to a parent about the happenings of Mrs. B's class are probably all true! Bring on the school year and Go Straughn Tigers!
